AMA Wants To Stop Pharma Pay-To-Delay Tactic On Generics

The American Medical Association is urging Congress and federal regulators to end the drug industry practice of "pay for delay" which allows brand name pharmaceutical companies to pay generic drug makers to keep cheaper prescriptions off the market.
