An international meeting of drug regulatory authorities has been held in Berne, Switzerland, hosted by the Swissmedic and the World Health Organization. Representatives from agencies of all WHO member states were invited to participate in a series of workshops and discussion forums. A pre-conference event was held before the closed sessions of the 13th International Conference of Drug Regulatory Authorities, attended by the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Associations and other groups.
