3D model explains cancer-drug action
Scientists based at the London Research Institute owned by Cancer Research UK, the largest research charity in Britain to be funded from private donations, have created a three-dimensional interactive model of the enzyme protein kinase B (PKB) and observed how it functions in cells, according to a study published in PLoS Biology.
