Danish infectious-disease specialists ACE BioSciences A/S says that it has appointed Petra Schrotz-King as its chief scientific officer. Dr Schotz-King, who has worked for the firm for the last five years, latterly as vice president of drug discovery, has been appointed as part of the company's preparation for the launch of its travellers diarrhea vaccine, ACE393.
