Alex Gorsky leaves Novartis to join J&J's Ethicon
Alex Gorsky, head of Swiss drug major Novartis' North American pharmaceuticals business, is leaving to join US health care giant Johnson & Johnson, according to a report in the Wall Street Journal. Mr Gorsky, who has previously worked for J&J, will become chairman of the firm's surgical equipment unit Ethicon.
