DxS, a UK diagnostics firm, has signed an agreement with US biotechnology major Amgen to provide a K-RAS companion diagnostic for the latter's Vectibix (panitumumab) in the USA.

The agreement follows a collaboration entered into by the parties last year with respect to the TheraScreen in Europe.
