Ares-Serono Licenses Rights To Fournier HRT Products
- Ares-Serono has licensed US codevelopment and marketing rights to fivetransdermal hormone replacement products from French firm Fournier. Serono anticipates that the launch of the entire series in the USA will take place between 1998 and 2001. The first product, an estrogen-only patch called Esclim, is already marketed in France and will be filed for approval in the second quarter of 1997.
