Argenta partners with Porsolt for CNS services

Argenta Discovery, a UK-based contract drug discovery and respiratory drug development company, and French contract research organization  Porsolt have entered into an alliance to provide central nervous system  and pain drug discovery services and expertise on a fee-for-service  basis, while continuing to operate independently.

The collaboration enables the firms to undertake fully-integrated drug  discovery programs for their clients, from hit identification to  development candidate nomination. The companies say the alliance will  leverage those key skills for its partners to ensure the rapid  generation of high-quality development candidates.
