Merck & Co aims to rid Honduras of measles
Merck & Co has teamed up with the Hunduras government and UNIVEC todeliver its MMRII vaccine and auto-disable syringes against measles, which is now eradicated in most of North, South and Central America. The companies said that the donations will protect the population against measles and ensure that needless deaths will not occur due to the re-use of syringes.
