B-TG launches hGH product in Italy
- Bio-Technology General's human growth hormone product has been launched in Italy, by the Ferring Group, under the trade name Zomacton. The product is indicated for the treatment of growth hormone deficiency in children. The product is already marketed across Europe by Ferring, and total European sales are said to be approximately $250 million a year.
