BIL Invests In Canada
Biotechnology Investments Ltd has invested C$3 million ($2.2 million) inInflazyme Pharmaceuticals, an emerging biopharmaceutical company listed on the Vancouver Stock Exchange. C$6 million was raised by the firm in this financing round. Inflazyme focuses on the discovery and development of therapeutic agents for inflammatory diseases. It aims to use the investment to fund the clinical development of apanol, which is a potential treatment for asthma.
