Biomira's US relocation plans get go-ahead
Canadian biotechnology firm Biomira says that its plan to relocate to the USA under the name Oncothyreon has received shareholder approval. The move, which has also been cleared by the Alberta Court of the Queen's Bench, will establish Oncothyreon as the ultimate parent corporation of Biomira and its various subsidiaries.
