
Icelandic biosimilars company Alvotech (Nasdaq: ALVO) announced the successful closing of its public offering. The firm’s shares were barely changed at $3.90 on the announcement today.
The offering, which concluded on June 17, 2026, involved the sale of 26,066,667 ordinary shares at $3.75 per share. This figure includes an additional 3,400,000ordinary shares purchased by underwriters exercising their option to buy more shares. Alvotech offered all ordinary shares included in the offering. The gross proceeds before underwriting discounts and expenses were approximately $98 million.
