
USA-based immunotherapy specialist Adaptive Biotechnologies (Nasdaq: ADPT) has announced the pricing of its offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 0% convertible senior notes due 2031.
The offering size was increased from a previously announced $250 million. The notes were offered in a private placement to qualified institutional buyers under Rule 144A of the Securities Act of 1933. The firm’s shares closed down 2.6% at $17.78 following the announcement yesterday
