
US biotech Apnimed has set the terms for its long-awaited initial public offering, seeking to raise up to $150 million as it prepares for a potential commercial launch of its lead obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) therapy, Oxnimbi (AD109).
The Cambridge, Massachusetts-based company plans to offer 10 million shares at between $14 and $16 each.
