
US clinical-stage biotech Apogee Therapeutics (Nasdaq: APGE) today announced that it has entered into a strategic financing collaboration with funds managed by Blackstone Life Sciences for up to $1.3 billion in flexible, non-dilutive total capital to support the continued development and potential commercialization of zumilokibart.
The company’s shares were trading down as much as 27% at $60.00 in pre-maket activity.
