Bayer sets up new Innovation Center in USA; Pfizer in deal with Washington University
Global drugs behemoth Pfizer and Bayer of Germany have both announced plans to tap academic research in the USA, the former via a link with a university and the latter with a new innovation center.
German drug major Bayer Schering Pharma AG says it will establish a US Innovation Center in San Francisco, California. with the goal to expand its global research network and build its specialty pharmaceutical pipeline.
