BMS licenses ADC technology from Lonza

Swiss contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) Lonza (SWX: LONN) and US pharma major Bristol Myers Squibb (NYSE: BMY) today announced an exclusive single-target licensing agreement.

Under the terms of this agreement, financial details of which were not disclosed, BMS will gain exclusive access to the SYNtecan linker-payload platform to advance an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) against an undisclosed target.
