China at forefront of next oncology revolution, says GlobalData

Reportedly, CARsgen Therapeutics’ (HKEX: 2171) satricabtagene autoleucel (satri-cel, CT041), a ground-breaking CAR-T therapy targeting Claudin 18.2 for advanced gastric and gastroesophageal cancers, is currently under the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) review. It is expected to become available in China in the first half of 2026.
