
Japanese drugmaker Chugai Pharmaceuticals (TYO: 4591) has obtained regulatory approval from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (MHLW) for the additional indication of the combination therapy of anti-cancer agent / anti-CD20/CD3 humanized bispecific monoclonal antibody Lunsumio (mosunetuzumab) and anti-cancer agent/antimicrotubule-binding anti-CD79b monoclonal antibody Polivyintravenous (polatuzumab vedotin) for the treatment of relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma.
