CREATE Medicines raises $122 million for in vivo CAR-T programs

CREATE Medicines has raised $122 million in a Series B financing round to support development of its in vivo CAR-T pipeline across autoimmune disease and oncology, as investor interest continues to grow around next-generation cell therapies.

The Cambridge, Massachusetts-based company said the financing was co-led by existing investors Newpath Partners, ARCH Venture Partners and Hatteras Venture Partners, with participation from Alexandria Venture Investments and other current backers.
