Definium Phase III success with DT120 in anxiety

Shares of US late-stage clinical biotech Definium Therapeutics (Nasdaq: DFTX) leapt as much as 18% yesterday, after it announced positive top-line results from Voyage, its first Phase III study of DT120 (lysergide) orally disintegrating tablet (ODT) 100 µg in adults with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD).

The results mark the company’s second positive DT120 ODT Phase III readout, following the positive Emerge results in major depressive disorder (MDD) announced in June.
