Enflonsia approved by MHRA to prevent RSV in newborns and infants

The UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has today approved Enflonsia (clesrovimab-cfor) for the prevention of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) lower respiratory tract disease in newborns and infants up to 12 months of age throughout their first RSV season.

Enflonsia is a drug from US pharma giant Merck & Co (NYSE: MRK, which is known as MSD outside the USA and Canada.
