enGene Therapeutics announces board changes

Canadian genetic medicines company enGene Therapeutics (Nasdaq: ENGN) announced changes to its board of directors as it prepares for potential regulatory milestones and commercial readiness for its investigational gene therapy, detalimogene voraplasmid, if approved.

Detalimogene is currently being evaluated in the Phase II LEGEND trial for high-risk non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC). The pivotal cohort of the LEGEND trial includes 125 patients with high-risk, Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG)-unresponsive NMIBC with carcinoma in situ (CIS).
