
US oncology company Citius Oncology (Nasdaq: CTOR) has secured up to $36.5 million in new financing as it attempts to accelerate the rollout of Lymphir (denileukin diftitox-cxdl), its recently launched therapy for relapsed or refractory cutaneous T-cell lymphoma.
The financing combines a senior secured credit facility worth up to $25 million from Avenue Capital Group with a warrant exercise deal expected to generate about $11.5 million in gross proceeds.
