
Fosun Wanbang, a wholly-owned subsidiary of China’s Fosun Pharma (02196: HK), has entered into a licensing agreement with Shanghai Junshi Bioscience (01877: HK).
Under the agreement, the two parties will cooperate on the development, registration, manufacturing and commercialization of roconkibart (JS005, anti-interleukin (IL)-17A monoclonal antibody) in the Greater China region, which includes the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, and Taiwan region. No financial terms of the collaboration have been disclosed.
