
US drugmaker Gilead Sciences (Nasdaq: GILD) raised the lower end of its 2026 sales guidance after second-quarter revenue beat expectations, driven by continued growth in HIV and oncology.
Revenue increased 10% year-on-year to $7.8 billion, compared with analysts’ expectations of about $7.4 billion. Non-generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) diluted loss per share was $6.75, narrower than the roughly $7.25 loss expected by analysts.
