
Swiss biopharmaceutical company Idorsia (SIX: IDIA) has appointed Roland Wandeler as chief executive officer, effective October 1, as it looks to build on a recent financial turnaround and accelerate growth across its commercial portfolio and late-stage pipeline.
He will succeed Idorsia co-founder Jean-Paul Clozel, who has served as interim CEO since March and will remain chairman of the board. Dr Clozel will stay in the CEO role until October 1 to support the transition.
