
US biotech Inovio (Nasdaq: INO) has priced a $20 million public share offering, handing it fresh cash to lean on as it approaches a make-or-break regulatory decision this autumn on its lead candidate for a rare and debilitating airway disease.
The Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania company is selling around 21.1 million shares plus warrants at a combined price of $0.95, with Piper Sandler (NYSE: PIPR) acting as sole manager.
