Insmed adds to pipeline amid brensocatib failure
US biopharma Insmed Incorporated (Nasdaq: 2INSM) has announced that the Phase IIb BiRCh study of brensocatib in chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps (CRSsNP) did not meet its primary or secondary efficacy endpoints in either the 10mg or 40mg treatment arms.
