
US pharma major Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) has reported positive top-line Phase III data showing that a dual bispecific antibody regimen sharply improved survival outcomes in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma.
The global, three-arm MonumenTAL-6 trial evaluated Tecvayli (teclistamab-cqyv), a BCMA-targeting bispecific antibody, plus Talvey (talquetamab-tgvs), which targets GPRC5D, as well as Talvey plus pomalidomide, in patients who had received one to four prior lines of therapy, including an anti-CD38 antibody and lenalidomide.
