J&J’s Talvey combo cuts progression risk in earlier myeloma setting

US pharma major Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) has reported positive Phase III data for Talvey (talquetamab-tgvs) in combination with Darzalex Faspro (daratumumab and hyaluronidase-fihj), with or without pomalidomide, in relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma patients who had received at least one prior line of therapy.

Results from the MonumenTAL-3 study, presented at the 2026 European Hematology Association congress and published simultaneously in The New England Journal of Medicine, showed that the Talvey-based regimens significantly reduced the risk of disease progression or death versus daratumumab, pomalidomide and dexamethasone.
