French pharma major Sanofi (Euronext: SAN) has entered a discovery and development agreement with privately-held California biotech Kali Therapeutics to develop a tri-specific T-cell engager (TCE), which has the potential to treat a broad range of B cell-mediated autoimmune diseases.
