
US cardiovascular biotech Kardigan is seeking to raise up to $373.3 million in a Nasdaq initial public offering (IPO), as it looks to fund a pipeline of clinical-stage heart disease programs.
The Princeton, New Jersey-based company plans to offer 23.3 million shares priced at $14 to $16 each, according to an amended filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. At the top of the range, the IPO would raise $373.3 million before expenses, or about $429.3 million if underwriters fully exercise their option to buy additional shares.
