
USA-based cell therapy company Legend Biotech (Nasdaq: LEGN) has named Alan Bash as interim chief executive after Ying Huang stepped down from the role and resigned from the board.
Dr Huang’s resignation took effect on July 24. Legend said the departure was not the result of any disagreement over the company’s operations, policies, financial reporting or internal controls. He will remain as an adviser through August to support the transition.
