Lonza links up with Torqur on bimiralisib manufacturing

Torqur, a subsidiary of the incubator Swiss Rockets that is advancing treatments for oncology and dermatology, has announced a collaboration with Lonza (SWX: LONN), the contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO).

The agreement is for the clinical supply of bimiralisib, an investigational therapy being explored across multiple indications, with its most advanced program in development for the treatment of actinic keratosis (AK), a common pre cancerous skin condition caused by chronic sun exposure and the leading precursor to cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.
