
USA-based CNS specialist MapLight Therapeutics (Nasdaq: MPLT) announced it has secured approximately $150 million in gross proceeds through a private placement financing (PIPE).
The financing was led by both new and existing institutional investors and accredited investors. MapLight’s shares rose 4% to $11.84 on the news.
