
Genetic medicines company MeiraGTx Holdings (Nasdaq: MGTX) has reacquired global rights to its Phase III gene therapy candidate for X-linked retinitis pigmentosa (XLRP), botaretigene sparoparvovec (bota-vec), from Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ), and priced a $100 million public offering of ordinary shares to support advancement of its late-stage pipeline.
