Mentari names former Avadel chief Greg Divis as CEO
Mentari Therapeutics has appointed Greg Divis (pictured above) as chief executive officer and a member of its board, as the US biotech company prepares to move its migraine prevention pipeline toward the clinic.
Mr Divis joins the privately-held Waltham, Massachusetts-based company after serving as chief executive of Avadel Pharmaceuticals, where he led development, US approval and commercial launch of Lumryz (sodium oxybate), a narcolepsy treatment. Avadel was acquired by Alkermes (Nasdaq: ALKS) earlier this year in a deal valued at up to $2.4 billion.
