
Hong Kong-listed Chinese biotech METiS TechBio (HKEX: 7666) has licensed global rights to its preclinical trispecific T-cell engager MTS-128 to Deerfield-backed Boulevard Bio, in a deal potentially worth more than $1.6 billion plus royalties.
Under the agreement, Boulevard receives worldwide rights to develop, manufacture and commercialize MTS-128. METiS will receive $20 million upfront and is eligible for up to $1.6 billion in development, regulatory and commercial milestone payments, as well as tiered royalties on future product sales.
