
The radiopharmaceutical sector has remained one of biotech’s hottest areas over the past two years, attracting billions of dollars in investment, partnerships and acquisitions. But according to Leila Jaafar, chief executive of Swiss radiopharma developer Nuclidium, the debate is becoming more nuanced.
“The evolution of the radiopharma market is well underway,” she told The Pharma Letter. “The conversation has shifted, and it’s no longer beta versus alpha. It’s now about where you place these radiopharmaceutical therapeutics, in which tumor type and in which line of therapy. It has become a much more holistic picture.”
