Ollin Bio lands $330 million Series B to fund late-stage retinal disease studies

US clinical-stage biotech Ollin Biosciences has raised $330 million in an oversubscribed Series B round to fund global Phase III studies of OLN324, its lead retinal disease candidate.

The financing was co-led by new investor TCGX and founding investor ARCH Venture Partners, with participation from a16z Bio+Health, Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing, Commodore Capital, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, RA Capital Management, accounts advised by T Rowe Price Investment Management and an unnamed sovereign wealth fund. Existing investors Mubadala Capital and Monograph Capital also joined the round.
