Oriva appoints Agnès Arbat as CEO as endometriosis drug enters clinic

Spanish women’s health biotech company Oriva Therapeutics has appointed Agnès Arbat (pictured above) as chief executive, as it advances a pipeline of treatments for chronic gynecological diseases led by the Phase I endometriosis candidate ORV-362.

Dr Arbat, who will also serve as chief medical officer, has more than 25 years’ pharma industry experience across clinical development, medical affairs and commercialization, with a focus on women’s health.
