Positive Phase III results for Intellia’s lonvo-z

US CRISPR gene editing company Intellia Therapeutics (Nasdaq: NTLA) over the weekend presented additional positive results from the global Phase III HAELO clinical trial of lonvoguran ziclumeran (lonvo-z; formerly NTLA-2002) for hereditary angioedema (HAE).

The data were presented in a late-breaking oral presentation at the European Academy of Allergy & Clinical Immunology (EAACI) Annual Congress 2026 in Istanbul, Türkey, said Intellia, whose shares were up 4.4% at $12.64 in pre-market trading today
