
US clinical-stage biotech Q32 Bio (Nasdaq: QTTB) saw its shares rocket almost 64% to $18.37 by mid-morning, after it announced positive 36-week top-line results from Part B of its SIGNAL-AA Phase IIa clinical trial evaluating bempikibart in patients with severe or very severe alopecia areata (AA).
Bempikibart is a fully human anti-interleukin (IL-)7Rα antibody designed to re-regulate adaptive immune function by blocking IL-7 and TSLP signaling.
