
Relation Therapeutics has expanded its strategic collaboration with UK pharma major GSK (LSE/NYSE: GSK), broadening work aimed at using artificial intelligence and human tissue data to identify new drug targets.
The move builds on two multi-program collaborations announced in December 2024, focused on target discovery and validation in fibrotic diseases and osteoarthritis. Under that agreement, GSK paid Relation $45 million upfront, including a $15 million equity investment, with further collaboration payments, milestones and royalties also possible.
