Revolution Medicines’ daraxonrasib data published in NEJM

US oncology company Revolution Medicines (Nasdaq: RVMD) has announced publication in the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) of Phase I/II data for daraxonrasib in patients with pancreatic cancer, marking another milestone for the firm’s RAS-targeted oncology pipeline.

The Redwood City, California-based biotech said the peer-reviewed publication covers results from an early-stage study evaluating daraxonrasib in previously-treated patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), one of the deadliest and hardest-to-treat cancers.
