Revolution Medicines reports encouraging early data for zoldonrasib combinations in RAS G12D pancreatic cancer

US oncology biotech Revolution Medicines (Nasdaq: RVMD) has reported early Phase I/II data for zoldonrasib-based combinations in RAS G12D-mutant metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), supporting two late-stage strategies in the first-line setting.

The data, presented at the ESMO Gastrointestinal Cancers Congress 2026, came from studies evaluating zoldonrasib, the company’s investigational oral RAS(ON) G12D-selective inhibitor, with chemotherapy in previously untreated disease and with daraxonrasib in previously treated disease.
