
Samsung Bioepis today announced that it has entered into a commercial license agreement with fellow South Korea-based IntoCell (Kosdaq: 287840) for SBE303, one of the antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) candidates that the two companies are jointly developing.
Samsung Bioepis has been collaborating with IntoCell since December 2023 when the companies entered into a research collaboration agreement to apply IntoCell’s proprietary linker-payload technology for the development of up to five ADC candidates.
