
US biotech Stipple Bio has emerged from stealth with a $100 million series A, aiming to refine antibody-drug conjugates by targeting cancer cells at the epitope level rather than relying on payload or linker innovation.
The round was led by RA Capital, Andreessen Horowitz and Nextech Invest, with backing from Emerson Collective Investments, GV and LoLa Capital Partners. The financing is expected to fund operations into 2029 and support early clinical studies.
